Robert and Susan Higgins operate a small beef cattle operation dedicated to producing superior quality meats. Our farm is located in the Marlborough Forest at the southwest boundary of the City of Ottawa.
The Marlborough Forest is a natural environment area encompassing over 10,000 hectares, originally established by the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton and now managed by the City of Ottawa. It is located mid-way between North Gower and Smiths Falls.
Flood Road Farm is on Flood Road which runs east off of Dwyer Hill Rd, a popular route from downtown Ottawa for those visiting the historic Rideau Canal communities of Merrickville and Burritts Rapids.
