Orders of Halves and Mixed Quarters
Side and Mixed Quarter orders are cut and prepared to your individual specifications. Mixed quarters include an equal distribution of the range of cuts from each side.
Sides and mixed quarters must be ordered in advance and are generally available late fall to early spring. You can choose to have your order wrapped in standard brown butcher paper or plastic vacuum packaging (additional charge).

All packages consist of 50% hamburger and stewing meat and 50% roasts (various cuts, 3-5 lb.) and steaks (individually wrapped).
Our Packages are generally available throughout the year. Individual cuts are also available throughout the year. Special orders are also possible depending on product availability.
